1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and cinta88 ("cinta88", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the cinta88 website located at cinta88.co and all associated services, products, games, and features therein (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, completing the registration process, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

Use of the cinta88 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout your use of the Platform:

cinta88 reserves the right to refuse or terminate any account where eligibility requirements are not met. In such cases, deposited funds (excluding bonus amounts and winnings derived from ineligible play) will be returned to the source payment method where operationally feasible.

3. Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) cinta88 account only. The opening or use of duplicate accounts is prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, cinta88 may merge, suspend, or close the duplicates at its sole discretion and may void any bonuses or winnings associated with those accounts.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are required to complete cinta88's Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before your first withdrawal can be processed. KYC documentation typically includes government-issued photo identification (Malaysian MyKad or passport) and proof of payment method ownership. cinta88 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. cinta88 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your password. 4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the cinta88 Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The minimum deposit amount is RM10. Accepted payment methods include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, FPX, and supported cryptocurrencies, subject to availability.

Deposits made using a payment method not registered in your name may be declined. cinta88 applies a strict anti-money laundering (AML) policy: withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible. Where this is not possible, cinta88 may request additional documentation before processing the withdrawal to an alternative method.

cinta88 aims to process withdrawal requests for fully verified accounts within the same business day. Processing times may vary depending on the selected payment method and may be subject to additional verification at cinta88's discretion. cinta88 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard MYR transactions, though third-party processing fees imposed by payment providers remain the responsibility of the Player.

cinta88 reserves the right to delay or refuse any withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, AML risk, or a breach of these Terms. Any funds held pending investigation will remain accessible to the Player upon satisfactory resolution unless otherwise ordered by a competent authority.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

cinta88 offers promotional bonuses from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free bets. Each promotion is subject to specific terms presented at the time of the offer, including wagering (rollover) requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry periods. In the event of conflict between these Terms and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for matters relating exclusively to that promotion.

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• cinta88 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring commitments already accepted by Players.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, exploiting technical errors, or engaging in low-risk wagering to circumvent rollover requirements — is strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.
• Unless stated otherwise, only one welcome bonus is available per Player, household, IP address, payment method, or device.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the cinta88 Platform operate in accordance with the rules published by the respective game provider. In the event of a technical malfunction — including but not limited to server outage, connection failure, or software error — cinta88 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the applicable wager to the Player's account. cinta88 shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.

All Random Number Generator (RNG) based games on the cinta88 Platform are certified by independent testing laboratories in accordance with international gaming authority standards. 7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cinta88 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent exclusion, and forfeiture of account balances:

• Collusion with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage
• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the cinta88 Platform — including but not limited to the cinta88 brand name and logo, website design, game assets, text, graphics, and software — is the intellectual property of cinta88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. Any reproduction, redistribution, or commercial exploitation of cinta88 intellectual property without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

The cinta88 Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. cinta88 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, cinta88's aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. cinta88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or loss of data, arising from use of or inability to use the Platform.

10. Privacy

cinta88 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 11. Responsible Gaming

Upon termination for cause, cinta88 may withhold any balances pending investigation. Balances not subject to dispute or forfeiture will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable period following the conclusion of the investigation.

Players may close their cinta88 account at any time by contacting support. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining balance will be returned to the primary verified payment method subject to KYC compliance and AML checks.

13. Amendments

cinta88 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file at least 7 days before the amended Terms take effect, except where immediate amendment is required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which cinta88 holds its international gaming licence.
